Pour 2023, elle se classe au podium des pays africains les plus d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s, derri\u00e8re l\u2019\u00eele Maurice et les Seychelles, selon une \u00e9tude des nations unies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;font-size: 12pt\">Avec un indice de d\u00e9veloppement (IDH) de 0,745, l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie figure juste apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00eele Maurice, un pays de 1,3 million d\u2019habitants qui domine le classement des nations africaines les plus d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s, avec un indice de d\u00e9veloppement humain de 0,802, et les Seychelles, archipel de l\u2019oc\u00e9an Indien qui tire son \u00e9conomie du tourisme et qui se classe deuxi\u00e8me, avec un IDH de 0,785.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;font-size: 12pt\">En tant qu\u2019acteur majeur dans la r\u00e9gion MENA, l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 l\u2019exploit remarquable de r\u00e9duire la pauvret\u00e9 dans le pays de 20% au cours des 20 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, note cette \u00e9tude.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;font-size: 12pt\">L\u2019Alg\u00e9rie se targue d\u2019avoir une \u00e9conomie viable qui se refl\u00e8te dans le niveau de<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;font-size: 12pt\">vie de ses citoyens et dans les infrastructures disponibles dans le pays, ajoute la<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;font-size: 12pt\">m\u00eame source.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;font-size: 12pt\">Au niveau du Maghreb et d\u2019Afrique du Nord, l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie occupe la premi\u00e8re place devan\u00e7ant la Tunisie (95e au monde) et l\u2019\u00c9gypte qui sont ex aequo \u00e0 la 4e place, avec un IDH de 0,731. Viennent ensuite la Libye (0,718), et le Maroc (0,683) (10e en Afrique et 123e au monde).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;font-size: 12pt\">Et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale, l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie est class\u00e9e \u00e0 la 85e place, faisant un bond dans ce classement comparativement aux ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, puisqu\u2019elle elle occupait la 115e en 2018, l\u2019esp\u00e9rance de vie de sa population est de 76,3 ans.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;font-size: 12pt\">Dans cette \u00e9tude, les scores compris entre 0,70 et 0,80 signifient un taux \u00e9lev\u00e9. Les pays dont les scores se situent entre 0,80 et 1,00 t\u00e9moignent d\u2019un d\u00e9veloppement humain exceptionnel.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;font-size: 12pt\"><strong>La Suisse, pays le plus d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 au monde<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;font-size: 12pt\">Au niveau mondial, l\u2019\u00e9tude des nations unies classe la Suisse, avec un IDH de 0,962, en \u00e9tant le pays le plus d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 du monde. Elle devance la Norv\u00e8ge (0,961) et l\u2019Islande (0,959). L\u2019indicateur de d\u00e9veloppement humain, ou IDH, a comme objectif d\u2019essayer de mesurer le niveau de d\u00e9veloppement des pays, qui s\u2019appuie sur des indicateurs cl\u00e9s, notamment l\u2019esp\u00e9rance de vie, l\u2019alphab\u00e9tisation des adultes, l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 internet et l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des revenus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;font-size: 12pt\">C\u2019est un indicateur qui fait la synth\u00e8se de trois s\u00e9ries de donn\u00e9es, \u00e0 savoir la sant\u00e9 \/ long\u00e9vit\u00e9 (mesur\u00e9es par l\u2019esp\u00e9rance de vie \u00e0 la naissance), qui permet de mesurer indirectement la satisfaction des besoins mat\u00e9riels essentiels tels que l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une alimentation saine, \u00e0 l\u2019eau potable, \u00e0 un logement d\u00e9cent, \u00e0 une bonne hygi\u00e8ne et aux soins m\u00e9dicaux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;font-size: 12pt\">Le savoir ou niveau d\u2019\u00e9ducation. Il est mesur\u00e9 par la dur\u00e9e moyenne de scolarisation pour les adultes de plus de 25 ans et la dur\u00e9e attendue de scolarisation pour les enfants d\u2019\u00e2ge scolaire. Il traduit la satisfaction des besoins immat\u00e9riels tels que la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 participer aux prises de d\u00e9cision sur le lieu de travail ou dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.
