Vital Care a acquis 51% des actions de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00ab Jamjoom Algeria Lil Dawa SPA \u00bb, ayant un capital social de 2.350.000.000,00 Dinars Alg\u00e9riens.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sandoz en Alg\u00e9rie.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Les 49% restant sont d\u00e9tenues par Jamjoom Pharmaceuticals Factory Co., une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 cot\u00e9e en bourse. L\u2019objectif de ce partenariat a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019acquisition d\u2019une usine de fabrication de produits pharmaceutiques de Sandoz en
\nAlg\u00e9rie.
\nCette usine est une installation moderne assurant diff\u00e9rentes formes gal\u00e9niques (comprim\u00e9s, g\u00e9lules, poudres) dans diff\u00e9rents domaines th\u00e9rapeutiques (cardiologie, anti-infectieux, allergologie).<\/p>\n

Assurer l\u2019exportation<\/strong><\/p>\n

En plus du maintien de la production de tous les produits qui \u00e9taient fabriqu\u00e9s par SANDOZ en Alg\u00e9rie, ce partenariat pr\u00e9voit d\u2019autres investissements aussi importants, afin d\u2019assurer la production locale de m\u00e9dicaments essentiels avec d\u2019autres formes gal\u00e9niques. Ceci contribuera \u00e0 l\u2019autosuffisance en mati\u00e8re de produits pharmaceutiques d\u2019une part, et d\u2019autre part, assurer l\u2019exportation vers d\u2019autres pays, notamment en Afrique et au moyen orient.<\/p>\n

Vital check\u00ae produit localement<\/strong>
\nVital Care dispose d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u2019une unit\u00e9 de fabrication de la bandelette glyc\u00e9mique, \u00ab Vital Check \u00bb, avec une capacit\u00e9 de production annuelle de 9 millions d\u2019unit\u00e9s et compte \u00e9largir sa gamme de dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux d\u2019ici la fin de
\nl\u2019ann\u00e9e 2023.<\/p>\n

Les bandelettes Vital check\u00ae sont produites localement, en full process avec un syst\u00e8me management qualit\u00e9 r\u00e9pondant aux normes ISO 13\u00a0485\u00a0: (2016).<\/p>\n
