MEDEA- La corruption et la bureaucratie doivent \u00eatre combattues “inlassablement et en permanence” afin de r\u00e9tablir la confiance entre citoyens et administration, pr\u00e9server l\u2019image de nos institutions et assurer la stabilit\u00e9 du pays, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 jeudi \u00e0 M\u00e9d\u00e9a, le m\u00e9diateur de la R\u00e9publique, Karim Younes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

“La M\u00e9diature de la R\u00e9publique entend participer pleinement, en vertu de ces missions, \u00e0 att\u00e9nuer les pressions sociales et \u00e9conomiques qui s\u2019exercent sur le citoyen et \u00e0 d\u00e9noncer, chaque fois qu\u2019elle le constate, toute forme de corruption ou de bureaucratie \u00e0 m\u00eame d\u2019engendrer des tensions sociales ou mettre en p\u00e9ril la stabilit\u00e9 du pays et de ses institutions”, a indiqu\u00e9 Karim Younes, en marge d\u2019une rencontre r\u00e9gionale des d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s du Centre et Centre-Ouest du pays, organis\u00e9e \u00e0 M\u00e9d\u00e9a.<\/p>\n

Le contexte g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du pays, a-t-il ajout\u00e9, “nous imposes de prendre une part active \u00e0 la r\u00e9solution des probl\u00e8mes soulev\u00e9s par les citoyens, d\u2019en proposer, dans la limite de nos pr\u00e9rogatives, des solutions susceptibles d\u2019aider \u00e0 la prise en charge de ces probl\u00e8mes et contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des conditions de vie des citoyens”, a-t-il expliqu\u00e9.<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Le m\u00e9diateur de la R\u00e9publique a estim\u00e9 que la corruption et la bureaucratie “peuvent \u00eatre plus dangereux que l\u2019ennemi int\u00e9rieur”, affirmant que “la corruption, qui est devenue une fonction politique, et l\u2019abus d\u2019autorit\u00e9 qui se manifeste dans le comportement et la conduite de certains repr\u00e9sentants de l\u2019administration ont, non seulement favoris\u00e9s la dilapidation des richesses du pays, mais, plus grave encore, ternis l\u2019image de nos administrations, d\u00e9grader, surtout, la relation entre citoyens et ces m\u00eames administration”.<\/p>\n

Il a signal\u00e9, dans ce contexte, que la m\u00e9diature de la R\u00e9publique “ne m\u00e9nagera aucun effort pour faire profiter les pouvoirs publics de ses r\u00e9flexions, suggestions ou propositions pouvant aider \u00e0 la prise en charge des revendications et des requ\u00eates des citoyens”, annon\u00e7ant qu\u2019un rapport incluant une s\u00e9rie de propositions et de solutions sera transmis, dans ce sens, prochainement au pr\u00e9sident de la r\u00e9publique.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
